DELIVERY INFORMATION
delivery by Colissimo delivered with signature and insured at the value of the package. We have opted for the most secure solution.
Delivery times:
Metropolitan France – within 48 working hours
Europe- from 3 to 4 working days
World – 5 to 9 working days
you can find the tracking number of your package in the orders section under the tab “account” or in the automatic email that you will receive once your package has been sent.
RETURN AN ORDER
Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the package. Once received at our premises, reimbursement will be provided within 14 days.
The returned product must be unworn and in its original condition with its packaging. We will not accept returns of damaged products.
It is recommended that Colissimo is used for the return of your item (if in France; otherwise an internationally recognized courier such as DHL or UPS is recommended): this will allow you to check that it has been received in our premises. We invite you to carefully keep your tracking number until you have obtained the confirmation of your refund or exchange.
In the event of a delivery that does not correspond to the original order, please notify us within 14 days; we then suggest you exchange the product, create a new order, or cancel your order.
The reimbursement will be for the amount of the product (s) excluding return shipping costs which remains your responsibility. We invite you to return this form and your package along with the invoice to the following address:

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, alongside the costs of the second delivery, which are identical to those paid when ordering.
You can pay for the delivery of your exchange by credit card via a link that you will receive in your email upon receipt of your package at our premises.
