you can find the tracking number of your package in your customer area or in the automatic email that you will receive once your package has been sent.
RETURN AN ORDER
Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the package. Once received at our premises, reimbursement will be provided within 14 days.
The returned product must not have been worn and you must keep it in its original condition with its packaging, it may only have been tried. We will not accept returns of damaged products.
We recommend that you to use Colissimo for the return of your item: this will allow you to check that it has been received in our premises. We invite you to carefully keep your Colissimo tracking number until you have obtained the confirmation of your refund or exchange.
In the event of a delivery that does not comply with the order which we would be notified beyond a reasonable period of time, we will suggest that you exchange the product, make a new delivery in accordance with the order or cancel your order.
The reimbursement will be for the amount of the product (s) excluding return shipping costs which remain your responsibility. We invite you to return this form and your package along with the invoice to the following address:

MAKE AN EXCHANGE
Return shipping costs are your responsibility as well as the costs of the second delivery, which are identical to those paid when ordering.
You can pay for the delivery of your exchange either by check by enclosing it in the return package or by credit card via a link that you will receive in your email upon receipt of your package at our premises.
