The Thai herbal compress is often used to enhance the effects of Thai massage, as well as being known for effectively relieving muscle pain.
Heat either by steaming or by soaking in hot water, check the temperature before applying it to your body.
Apply soothing pressure to your body, or place on acupressure areas to relieve sore muscles, stimulate circulation and increase the flow of vital energy.
After use, allow the compress to cool completely before storing it in a cool, dry place, such as a refridge. Reusable several times over.
